Up to 5 letters are included with each collar. When you check out, you'll see a Comments Box. Enter the letters you would like in that comments box. Any letters over the included 5 are $2.00 each. The cost of the additional letters will be added to your total after we receive your order.
Finding the best fit for this collar:
When selecting one of these collars for your dog or cat, please follow these guidelines: Size 8 will fit a pet's neck from 4"-6" Size 10 will fit a neck size from 6"-8" Size 12 fits necks from 8"-10" And so on. The easiest way to find the best fit is to measure your pet's neck and add two inches to come to the right size. When in doubt, buy the larger size!
