Petfavors.com is an animal loving family-oriented business, complete with 3 dogs who are in charge of critiquing our selection of products. Petfavors.com is also a big supporter of animal rescue. We maintain several websites to promote adoption by profiling animals in need of homes, and supporting rescue workers across the US and Canada. We urge you to adopt your next friend from your local shelter.

Placing an order


Ordering online with Petfavors.com is easy. First, browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. Then add the item to your shopping cart and proceed with shopping or continue to check out. That’s it! It’s that easy.

Cancelling an order


After you have clicked “Place Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Sales tax


Petfavors.com is required by law to charge sales tax for orders that ship to addresses within the state of Maryland.



All payment information is encrypted and collected via our secure server to ensure that your personal information cannot be intercepted and read by a third party. Your personal information and your credit card information are converted into bits of code that are transmitted securely.



We typically ship via Fed Ex or USPS. Most items ship within 24-48 hours. Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order:

For shipment destinations to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, a slight additional shipping charge may be added due to higher costs to those locations. We will contact you if it is more.

Free shipping applies to ground shipping only on orders placed within the 48 contiguous United States

Shipping Disclosure


Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Important:  At checkout be sure to supply us with your EXACT billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. For your protection, ALL “bill to” addresses must be a perfect match to what your credit card issuer has on file for you. If not, this could delay your order while we contact you for the proper “bill to” address.



We are happy to accept returns. Please follow these instructions:

* Notify us at customer_service@petfavors.com or info@petfavors.com within 7 days of receipt of your item(s) for a return authorization number.
* Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all tags still attached.
* All returns require a return authorization number. Any returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will supply you with the proper return address when you email us of your need to return.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any free shipping received will be deducted from your store credit.
* Kittywalk components are returnable only if the box has not been opened.
* Special orders are non-returnable.
* All On-Sale items are final.
